Colleen McCaffrey is the head coach of the George Washington University women's lacrosse program in Washington, District of Columbia. She was appointed the sixth head coach in program history on July 6, 2022. In her first three seasons leading GW, the team reached an Atlantic 10 Championship game and produced seven All-Conference selections.
McCaffrey joined George Washington after serving as associate head coach at Bryant, where she was part of a season that ended with a share of the Northeast Conference regular-season title and a trip to the conference championship game. Bryant finished 12-5 overall and 7-1 in league play, and McCaffrey coached nine All-NEC players, including the conference's Offensive Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year.
