Colleen Conway

Colleen Conway serves as a volunteer assistant coach for the Drew University softball program, contributing to the Rangers’ continued growth and competitive success in the Landmark Conference. In her role, she supports the coaching staff with practice preparation, player development, and game-day operations. Conway works closely with student-athletes to reinforce fundamentals, positional skills, and situational awareness while promoting a team-first mindset. As part of the Drew softball staff, Conway assists in fostering a positive and disciplined team culture that emphasizes both athletic achievement and academic excellence.
