Chuck Jeroloman
Associate Head Coach
Chuck Jeroloman is the associate head coach for Florida Gators Baseball, elevated to the role following Florida’s 2024 College World Series run. Since joining the staff in 2019, he has helped the Gators reach the NCAA Tournament every season, including College World Series appearances in 2023 and 2024 and a continued postseason berth in 2025. A key architect of Florida’s potent offenses, Jeroloman has worked with hitters and position players while contributing on the recruiting front.
Before arriving in Gainesville, Jeroloman served as lead assistant and recruiting coordinator at South Florida (2018–19) and held the same role at Jacksonville (2014–17) following two seasons as a volunteer assistant at TCU (2012–13). A three-year starting shortstop at Auburn (2002–04), he was selected by the Boston Red Sox in the 21st round of the 2004 MLB Draft and advanced to Triple-A during a seven-year professional career. His varied coaching stops and player-development background have informed his impact at Florida, where he’s been recognized among notable assistant coaches nationally and now serves as Kevin O’Sullivan’s top deputy.
