Christopher Morin-Kougoucheff returned to the University of Louisville men's tennis program in Louisville, Kentucky, in summer 2025 as an assistant coach. Before rejoining the Cardinals, he spent one season as a volunteer assistant coach with Duke men's tennis and later coached high-performance players at the Royal Palm Tennis Club in Miami. He has also worked as a sparring partner for Venus Williams and Emma Raducanu.
A former Louisville standout from Biarritz, France, Morin-Kougoucheff earned All-ACC honors three times across four seasons, receiving second-team recognition in 2017 and 2018 and third-team honors in 2019. He was a team captain from 2017 through 2019 and reached a career-high singles ranking of No. 36 as a senior. As a junior, he qualified for the NCAA Championships in both singles and doubles, rising to No. 53 in the ITA singles rankings and No. 6 in doubles with Parker Wynn. His 29 doubles victories that season are tied for 10th most in a single season in program history.
