Christine Roser-LeFevers
Head Coach
Christine Roser-LeFevers has served as the Head Coach of the Rollins College softball program since the 2021–22 season, becoming the 10th head coach in program history. She made an immediate impact in Winter Park, leading the Tars to an NCAA South Region Tournament appearance in 2022 and compiling a 131–55 overall record through the 2025 season. Under her leadership, Rollins has consistently ranked among the Sunshine State Conference’s top programs, producing multiple SSC Players of the Year, Pitchers of the Year, All-SSC selections, and national All-Americans. Her teams have been known for balanced offensive production, strong pitching staffs, and sustained competitiveness at the regional level.
Prior to returning to her alma mater, Roser-LeFevers served as head coach at Mars Hill University and as an assistant coach at Queens University of Charlotte and Seminole State College. At Queens, she helped guide the program to three consecutive conference championship appearances and an NCAA regional berth while coaching numerous academic and athletic award winners. As a player at Rollins from 2008–11, Roser-LeFevers was one of the most decorated athletes in program history, earning multiple All-America honors and setting school records in several offensive categories. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rollins College and a master’s degree in college student development, bringing both elite playing pedigree and proven coaching leadership to the Tars’ dugout.
