Christian Pino is the recruiting coordinator for Providence College's men's basketball program in Providence, Rhode Island, and began the role in the 2026-27 season.
Before joining Providence, Pino spent seven years at Alabama, first as a graduate assistant from 2019-21 and then as director of player development and recruiting coordinator from 2021-26. Alabama won two SEC regular-season titles and two SEC Tournament championships during his time with the program, along with advancing to the Final Four once, the Elite Eight twice, and the Sweet 16 five times. His responsibilities included skill development, practice planning, game charting, recruiting database management, presentation work, opponent scouting, and both on-campus and off-campus recruiting. He also contributed to the development of players who later reached the NBA or NBA G League, including Herb Jones, Josh Primo, Alex Reese, and Jaden Shackelford.
