Chris Rogers is the run game coordinator and offensive line coach for Delaware football in Newark, Delaware, a position he has held since joining the Blue Hens staff in December 2021.
At Delaware, Rogers was part of the 2025 staff that managed the program's move to the FBS and finished the school's first season at that level with a victory in the 68 Ventures Bowl, making Delaware just the second first-year FBS program to win a bowl game. Since his arrival, he has coached eight all-conference offensive linemen, including Bradly Anyanwu, Fintan Brose, Steven Demboski, Brock Gingrich, and Anwar O'Neal. Gingrich earned All-America recognition twice while playing under Rogers.
