Chris Affuso

Chris Affuso serves as an assistant coach for the Ramapo College men’s basketball program, supporting one of the most successful Division III programs in New Jersey. In his role, Affuso assists with practice planning, player development, scouting, recruiting, and game preparation. Working alongside the head coach and staff, he contributes to maintaining the Roadrunners’ strong presence in NJAC competition and their consistent pursuit of postseason success. As a member of the coaching staff, Affuso plays an active role in mentoring student-athletes both on and off the court. He supports skill refinement, positional development, and strategic preparation while reinforcing the program’s emphasis on discipline, teamwork, and academic achievement. Through his involvement, Affuso helps sustain the competitive standards that have defined Ramapo men’s basketball, including regular NJAC playoff appearances and NCAA Tournament contention.
