Cheyenne Curley is an assistant coach for Temple women's basketball in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She joined the Owls in April 2022 and is entering her fourth season on the staff. In her second year at Temple, she was part of the coaching staff for the 2023-24 American Athletic Conference championship team, which finished 13-5 in league play.
Before arriving at Temple, Curley spent seven seasons at Towson University. She joined the program in 2014 as director of operations and was promoted to assistant coach before the 2019-20 season. At Towson, she worked closely with the guards and was on staff during a period of notable individual success. In 2020-21, Kionna Jeter averaged 23.0 points per game, ranked among the national scoring leaders, earned first-team All-CAA honors, and became the first player in program history to be selected in the WNBA Draft when the Las Vegas Aces chose her in 2021. Curley also coached Aleah Nelson during her first season at Towson, when Nelson averaged 6.5 assists per game, ranked among the national leaders in that category, and received second-team All-CAA recognition. Earlier, Curley worked with Jeter and Q. Murray as Towson continued to produce high-level backcourt play, including another single-season assist record.
