Charlie Ogilvie
Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach
Charlie Ogilvie joined the volleyball coaching staff at Flagler College in August 2025 as an assistant coach for the women’s program. She arrives after serving as an assistant at Marshall University from the 2021 through 2024 seasons, where her focus was on defense and serve reception; under her tutelage, Marshall posted strong defensive metrics and one of her players earned the Conference USA Libero of the Year honor.
Prior to her tenure at Marshall, Ogilvie spent a season (2019) as an assistant coach at Snow College under Head Coach Jeff Reynolds and also coached internationally in New Zealand with national U18 and U23 women’s programs. A native of Howell, Michigan, she competed collegiately at Grand Rapids Community College and then at the Florida Institute of Technology, where she led her team in kills and digs as a senior. At Flagler, Ogilvie will contribute to player development, defensive systems, and serve-receive training, bringing her global experience and collegiate background to support the Saints’ volleyball program.
