Charlie Collins
Assistant Coach
Charlie Collins serves as an assistant coach for the Drew University men’s lacrosse program, contributing to the Rangers’ continued competitiveness in the Landmark Conference. In his role, Collins assists with practice planning, on-field instruction, scouting, and game-day preparation. He works closely with the head coach and fellow staff members to support the development of student-athletes while reinforcing the program’s standards of discipline, teamwork, and accountability.
Collins plays an active role in mentoring players across positional groups, helping them refine technical skills and improve their understanding of team systems. His responsibilities also include supporting recruiting efforts and fostering a positive culture that emphasizes both athletic achievement and academic success. As part of the coaching staff, Collins contributes to sustaining the Rangers’ recent momentum, including conference postseason appearances and individual player recognition within the Landmark Conference.
