Cassady Brewer joined the Memphis softball staff in August 2024 as the program's director of operations before moving into her current role as an assistant coach in January 2026. Brewer had a prominent role in the development of players in her first season as an assistant coach in 2026. Brewer had a key role in Faith Brown's 2026 campaign, where the sophomore earned American Conference Second Team honors as a designated player, while also playing a majority of games at first base.
