Casey Brodersen is the associate head coach for Providence College men's lacrosse in Providence, Rhode Island. He arrived after 12 seasons at Bryant University, where he spent the final eight as associate head coach. During his time with the Bulldogs, Bryant won six Northeast Conference titles, reached five NCAA Tournaments, and advanced to the NCAA quarterfinals in 2014.
Brodersen's work at Bryant included major responsibilities on defense and at the faceoff position. In 2021, Bryant opened with the best start in its Division I history and captured its sixth NEC championship. That season, the team's top three defensive long poles all earned All-NEC honors. Bryant also produced consistent success at the faceoff X under Brodersen, including the development of Kevin Massa, a three-time All-American and three-time NEC Player of the Year who became the first first-team All-American in program history. Bryant's man-down defense ranked in the national top 10 for four straight seasons from 2012 through 2015, and its overall team defense finished 12th or better in five of an eight-year span, including No. 5 national rankings in 2014 and 2017.
