Carter Webb is the assistant offensive line coach for the Wake Forest football program in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, a position he joined on Head Coach Jake Dickert's staff ahead of the 2025 season.
Wake Forest marked Webb's first full-time coaching assignment after earlier work as a graduate assistant at Washington State and as both a graduate assistant and student assistant at Western Kentucky. In his first season with the Demon Deacons, Wake Forest posted a nine-win year that ended with a Duke's Mayo Bowl victory. The offense scored at least 30 points six times, averaged more than 28 points per game, and produced 27 plays of 30 yards or more, its highest explosive-play total since 2022.
