Carrie Eberle Parker serves as Assistant Coach for Oklahoma State University's Softball program in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Two-time All-American and professional standout Carrie Eberle Parker returned to Oklahoma State as pitching coach in the summer of 2023 after spending the previous season at Lipscomb. In her first season as OSU pitching coach, Eberle Parker helped Lexi Kilfoyl attain 2024 Big 12 Pitcher of the Year, first team All-America and first team All-Big 12 honors.
Kilfoyl became OSU’s first top three finalist for the prestigious USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year award. Eberle Parker also coached Ivy Rosenberry to the first all-conference and NFCA All-Region honors of her career. Under her tutelage, Cowgirl hurlers have collected 11 Big 12 or NFCA Pitcher of the Week honors since she joined the coaching staff in 2023. Eberle Parker's work with the pitchers helped the Cowgirls to a spot in the 2024 Women’s College World Series and she was a member of OSU’s 2024 NFCA Midwest Region Coaching Staff of the Year.
