Caroline Swartz
Assistant Coach
Caroline Swartz began her journey with Rollins women’s basketball as a standout student-athlete, playing four seasons for the Tars from 2021 to 2025 and making history as the program’s first three-year team captain. During her collegiate playing career, she appeared in 73 games and contributed across the stat sheet with 89 points, 72 rebounds, 62 assists, and 21 steals, while consistently earning Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll recognition in each season. Swartz provided steady leadership on the court, setting personal bests in her senior year, and had the unique distinction of playing under legendary head coach Glenn Wilkes Jr. during his 750th career victory.
Following her graduation from Rollins College in 2025 with a degree in psychology, Swartz transitioned directly into coaching by joining the women’s basketball staff as a graduate assistant and assistant coach in 2025. In her current role, she plays an active part in player development and recruiting, coordinates strength and conditioning efforts, manages various aspects of team operations, and oversees the program’s social media presence. In addition to her coaching responsibilities, Swartz is furthering her education by pursuing an MBA at the Crummer Graduate School of Business, with expected completion in May 2026. Her deep connection to the Rollins community and first-hand experience as a player uniquely position her to mentor and support the next generation of Tars.
