Caroline Pape has served as an assistant coach for George Washington University's men's and women's swimming and diving programs in Washington, D.C., since August 2025. She arrived at GW after competing at the Division I level at Georgia Tech and gaining early coaching experience in club and youth swimming.
A four-year swimmer for the Yellow Jackets from 2021 to 2025, Pape focused primarily on sprint freestyle and butterfly events. She graduated from Georgia Tech in 2025 with a degree in biomedical engineering and a minor in health and medical sciences. While at Georgia Tech, she was also a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Board, where she supported professional development efforts and athlete-administration engagement.
