Caroline Grasso is the manager of men's lacrosse operations at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware, a position she assumed in July 2025. A 2020 Delaware graduate, she returned to her alma mater after three and a half years with NXT Sports, where she worked in internal operations and oversaw areas including club coach travel, tournament logistics, equipment inventory, team communication, and scheduling for girls lacrosse programs.
Grasso also worked for OHP Athletics in Wilmington as manager of operations and communication, supporting camps, clinics, training events, and outreach with coaches and clients. Her coaching background includes nine years in club lacrosse with Greene Turtle MSI Lacrosse, Belles Lacrosse Club, and NXT LC, and she has served as an assistant varsity lacrosse coach at Archmere Academy since 2018.
