Carly Thibault-DuDonis is the head women's basketball coach at Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut, where she has led the Stags for four seasons and established the program as a consistent NCAA Division I contender.
Under Thibault-DuDonis, Fairfield won three straight MAAC championships and made three consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances, both firsts in program history. The Stags also received votes in the Associated Press Top 25 poll in three consecutive seasons and were ranked No. 25 nationally in 2023-24 and again in 2025-26. Over Fairfield's three MAAC title seasons, the team posted an 87-12 overall record and a 67-2 mark in conference play, including a 42-game winning streak against league opponents. Fairfield also recorded a national-best 53 road victories in that span. Across her first four seasons, her winning percentage stood at .791, which the school notes ranked seventh among active Division I head coaches. Her teams earned victories against opponents from 15 different conferences, including the program's first win over an SEC school, along with wins over teams from the ACC, Big East, Big Ten, American Athletic Conference, and Atlantic 10.
