Carly Fabbri is an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the University of Rhode Island women's basketball program in Kingston, Rhode Island, joining Colleen Mullen's staff in May 2026. She arrived at Rhode Island after serving on the staff at Quinnipiac in 2025-26, returning to her alma mater after a playing career there from 2014 to 2018.
As a senior at Quinnipiac, Fabbri earned All-MAAC Third Team, MAAC All-Tournament Team, CoSIDA Academic All-District, and MAAC All-Academic honors. She averaged 9.6 points per game and ranked 11th nationally in assist-to-turnover ratio at 2.90, finishing with 142 assists and 49 turnovers. A Stratford, Connecticut, native, she also led Lauralton Hall to its first CIAC championship and received multiple Player of the Year honors.
