Carla Morrow is the associate head coach for Fordham women's basketball in Bronx, New York, a position she assumed in May 2026 after working on the Ohio State staff, including the program's last five seasons with her as associate head coach.
Morrow arrived at Fordham following a successful run at Ohio State that began in September 2019. The Buckeyes went 27-8 in 2025-26, earned a No. 3 seed in the NCAA Tournament, posted six ranked wins, and reached the Big Ten Tournament semifinals. She was named to the ABIS Basketball Coaches Watch List that season, and Ohio State also saw five players receive All-Big Ten recognition. In 2024-25, the Buckeyes finished 26-7, went 15-0 at home in the regular season, placed third in the Big Ten, and received a No. 4 NCAA seed.
