Caleb Holfoth is the Assistant General Manager for the University of Massachusetts Amherst football program in Amherst, Massachusetts. He joined UMass in April 2025 as the program's Director of High School Recruiting after previous work in football operations, recruiting, and sports technology.
Before arriving at UMass, Holfoth was a sales representative for FirstDown PlayBook from 2024 to 2025, working with high school, college, and youth coaches on onboarding, staff demonstrations, and other support designed to improve coaching efficiency. He also created marketing visuals, managed the company's sales software database, and served as the main contact for users in the Atlantic and West Coast regions during football season.
