Caleb Haynes is in his third season as wide receivers coach for the University at Buffalo football program in Buffalo, New York. Under his direction, Buffalo's receiving group produced a historic 2025 season, with Nik McMillan and Victor Snow becoming the first pair of Bulls wide receivers to earn first-team All-MAC honors in the same year. McMillan led the conference in receiving yards per game and became the first receiver in program history to record six consecutive 100-yard games, while Snow finished among the MAC's top receivers in catches, yards, and touchdowns. Wide receivers accounted for 18 of Buffalo's 19 touchdown receptions that season.
In 2024, Buffalo finished 9-4 and beat Liberty in the Bahamas Bowl. Snow emerged as the team's leading receiver with 55 catches for 651 yards and six touchdowns after recording only one reception in 2023, and he earned All-MAC Third Team recognition. Buffalo wide receivers caught 15 of the team's 19 touchdown passes that year.
