Britney Pearson is a Football Operations Assistant for branding with the Boston College football program in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and is entering her third season with the staff. She manages the head coach's schedule and oversees social media content creation for the program.
Before joining Boston College, Pearson worked at Bentley University from 2020 to 2024 as an athletic department assistant, handling administrative support, event coordination, social media, and in-game event planning. A native of Nashua, New Hampshire, she earned a bachelor's degree from Bentley in 2024 in information design and corporate communication, with a minor in marketing. She also served as a captain on the school's field hockey team and worked with the Celtics Partnership Student Steering Committee.
