Brian Pan serves as the Head Coach for both the men’s and women’s golf programs at Bellevue College, where he has quickly established himself as a rising leader in collegiate golf. In the 2025 season, Pan guided the men’s team to an NWAC regular season championship, finishing ahead of Columbia Basin, and was recognized for his success by being named NWAC Coach of the Year. His ability to develop competitive teams and foster a strong program culture has contributed to continuing Bellevue’s tradition of excellence in golf.
Before joining Bellevue College, Pan spent one season as the head coach at Lynnwood High School, where he led the boys’ golf team to its lowest team score in over five years. Prior to his coaching career, he worked for 14 seasons with the Seattle Seahawks and Sounders FC organization in digital production roles, gaining valuable experience in high-performance sports environments. A native of Pullman, Washington, Pan was a multi-sport athlete at Pullman High School, excelling in golf, basketball, and football, and finishing fifth individually at the WIAA State Championships. He went on to play collegiate golf at Pacific University, where he competed for four years and also served as the program’s Golf Coordinator. Pan remains actively involved in the golf community, including participation in endurance events such as the Chambers Bay Solstice, supporting youth development through First Tee of Seattle.
