Brian Osterlof

Brian Osterlof serves as an assistant coach for the Ramapo College men’s basketball program, contributing to the continued success of the Roadrunners in NJAC and NCAA Division III competition. In his role, Osterlof assists with practice organization, player skill development, scouting, recruiting, and game preparation. He works closely with the head coach and fellow staff members to help maintain the program’s high competitive standards and postseason expectations. As part of the coaching staff, Osterlof plays an important role in mentoring student-athletes both athletically and academically. He supports the development of individual skill sets, positional understanding, and overall team strategy while reinforcing a culture of discipline, accountability, and teamwork. Through his contributions, Osterlof helps sustain Ramapo’s tradition of conference championship contention and NCAA Tournament appearances.
