Brian Metz serves as Assistant Coach -- Tight Ends and Recruiting Coordinator for University of North Carolina at Charlotte's Football program in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Brian Metz joined Charlotte’s football staff as part of head coach Tim Albin’s initial coaching staff in January 2025 and currently serves as the Recruiting Coordinator and Tight Ends coach. Prior to coming to the Queen City, Metz enjoyed three different tenures at Ohio including the past five seasons (2020-24) where he mentored the program’s tight ends coach. Metz added the responsibilities of Recruiting Coordinator prior to the 2023 season.
