Brian McCurdy serves as Associate Head Coach for University of Tulsa's Men's Soccer program in Tulsa, Oklahoma. McCurdy joined The University of Tulsa men's soccer team as the Associate Head Coach in February of 2025. McCurdy comes home to TU after spending seven seasons (2018-24) across town at Oral Roberts, where he helped the Golden Eagles go 66-31-14.
During his tenure at ORU, he earned regular season conference titles and Coaching Staff of the Year awards in 2019, 2021 and 2022, earning national rankings on the United Soccer Coaches and Top Drawer Soccer polls in each of those seasons. Regarded as one of the best recruiters in the nation, McCurdy was responsible for the recruitment of the Summit League's Newcomer of the Year in 2019, 2021 and 2023 as well as Luis Flores, the nation's leading goal scorer in 2023. In that same season, McCurdy helped coach ORU to become one of 10 teams in the country to finish top 25 in scoring offense and goals allowed. For the 2017 season, McCurdy came back to Tulsa to be a volunteer assistant coach, helping the Hurricane earn six wins.
