Brendan Kerins
Assistant Coach
Brendan Kerins joined the men’s soccer coaching staff at The College of New Jersey in the summer of 2025 as an assistant coach with a primary focus on working with the Lions’ goalkeepers. A native of West Windsor, New Jersey, Kerins brings a wealth of playing experience to his coaching role, having competed collegiately at both Drew University and Alvernia University during his collegiate career. His familiarity with elite goalkeeper play and his firsthand knowledge of the collegiate game position him as a valuable mentor for players in the TCNJ program.
Beyond his college experience, Kerins has played in competitive summer leagues that serve as key development pathways for aspiring professional players, including USL League Two (USL2) and the United States Premier League (USPL). These experiences have enriched his understanding of the modern game and goalkeeper development, allowing him to blend tactical insights with practical training methodologies. At TCNJ, Kerins is involved in coaching, training session planning, and individualized development for goalkeepers, contributing to the broader success and competitive culture of the Lions’ soccer program. He is committed to fostering both athletic growth and academic success among student-athletes.
