Brantley Eastman
Assistant Sports Perfomance Coach
Brantley Eastman serves as Assistant Sports Performance Coach at Flagler College, where he supports a broad array of varsity programs including men's baseball, men’s soccer, men’s tennis, men’s lacrosse, cheerleading, and both men’s and women’s cross country. According to his staff directory entry, he oversees conditioning, performance programming and training support for those teams.
Eastman holds a Master of Education degree and is certified as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He has previous experience in collegiate and high school performance settings, including time with men’s basketball programs at the Division II level. His performance philosophy emphasizes developing athletes’ physical readiness, injury-resilience and competitive consistency across a spectrum of sports. Eastman’s multidisciplinary role at Flagler allows him to collaborate with sport-specific coaches and medical staff, aligning strength and conditioning protocols with each team’s competitive calendar.
