Brandon Shileikis is the co-head coach of the University of Massachusetts Amherst baseball program in Amherst, Massachusetts. He joined the UMass staff as an assistant coach in September 2022 and was elevated to co-head coach for the 2025-26 season after three years with the Minutemen.
Before arriving at UMass, Shileikis spent one season at Amherst College as an assistant coach, with primary responsibility for the pitching staff. Earlier, he served as the top assistant at Roger Williams University in the spring of 2021, when the Hawks won 20 games. He also worked as pitching coach for the Pittsfield Suns of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League and helped the club reach the league championship series in 2021. In addition, he coached the Niagara Power in the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League while also working at Amherst College. During the winter of 2020-21, he was a pitching and strength and conditioning intern at Cressey Sports Performance in Hudson, Massachusetts, where he worked under Eric Cressey, the New York Yankees' director of player health and performance.
