Bradford Burgess is the Director of Recruiting for Virginia Commonwealth University men's basketball in Richmond, Virginia. He returned to VCU in the spring of 2023, joining Ryan Odom's staff after initially being hired as director of student-athlete development.
Before returning to his alma mater, Burgess spent the 2022-23 season as a player development coordinator with the Chicago Bulls. He also worked in the Oklahoma City Thunder organization for three years, including a 2019-20 season as an assistant coach with the Oklahoma City Blue, the franchise's G League affiliate.
