Brad Cole serves as Associate Head Coach for Pennsylvania State University's Men's Soccer program in University Park, Pennsylvania.
Brad Cole joined Penn State men's soccer as the program's Associate Head Coach in December of 2025. Cole spent three seasons on Dow’s Vermont staff in his second stint with Vermont, including being a key part of the 2024 national championship run and the 2025 run to earn the top seed for the NCAA tournament. In the 2024 and 2025 seasons, he was recognized as part of the America East’s Coaching Staff of the Year before being crowned back-to-back conference tournament champions.
