Bobby Shuttleworth
Associate Head Coach
Bobby Shuttleworth joined the Florida State women’s soccer coaching staff in 2022 after retiring from a 14-year professional career as a goalkeeper in Major League Soccer. In MLS, he amassed over 230 regular season appearances, placing him among the more durable goalkeepers in league history, and last suited up for Atlanta United in 2022 before making the transition to coaching. At FSU, Shuttleworth first served as an assistant coach and was elevated to associate head coach in September 2024. His role includes goalkeeper training, defensive coordination, and recruiting responsibilities, contributing to the success of the Seminoles’ program under head coach Brian Pensky.
