UNCW Director of Athletics Michael Oblinger named Wilmington native Blake Taylor as Head Coach of the UNCW men’s golf program on February 5, 2026, following his successful tenure as Interim Head Coach. Taylor was named interim head coach in August of 2025 and guided the program throughout the Fall 2025 season. During his time with the program, Taylor has played a key role in recruiting, player performance planning, tournament preparation, and the overall growth of the student-athlete experience.
