Blake DuDonis is an assistant women's basketball coach at Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut, and is entering his fifth season with the Stags. Since joining the staff, he has been part of three straight MAAC championship teams that advanced to the NCAA Tournament, with Fairfield also receiving votes in the national poll in each of those seasons.
At Fairfield, DuDonis has worked with 11 All-MAAC selections, including seven players from the "road runner" role he created for the team's post players. Among them was Meghan Andersen, a three-time First Team All-MAAC pick who scored more than 1,500 points in her first three seasons, earned a place on the Becky Hammon National Mid-Major Player of the Year Watch List, and became the first Fairfield player to make 100 three-pointers in a sophomore season. In his first year on staff, the Stags averaged 36.7 rebounds per game, their best mark since 2009-10. He also contributed to the recruitment and development of Raiana Brown, the 2024-25 MAAC Sixth Player of the Year, and mentored Cyanne Coe, who set a 40-year program record with a .689 field goal percentage in her sophomore season.
