Beth Krysiak became the head softball coach at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, on June 13, 2025, becoming the sixth head coach in program history. She arrived after two seasons as head coach at Saint Francis, where she led the Red Flash to back-to-back Northeast Conference championships and consecutive NCAA Regional appearances. Saint Francis went 67-40 overall and 38-7 in conference play under her direction, and her players earned 18 All-NEC selections, five NFCA All-Region honors, and the league's 2025 Player of the Year award.
In 2025, Saint Francis repeated as conference champion and returned to the NCAA tournament, advancing to the regional in Bryan-College Station, Texas. The team placed seven players on the all-conference team and produced two major award winners. In 2024, her first season at Saint Francis, the Red Flash finished 41-27 and went unbeaten against conference opponents through the regular season and conference tournament at 27-0. That season ended with another NCAA Regional berth, this time in Austin, and Krysiak and her assistants were recognized as the NEC Coaching Staff of the Year while 11 players received all-conference honors.
