Bayleigh Braswell
Head Volleyball Coach
Bayleigh Braswell was named the 11th head coach in Johns Hopkins volleyball history on February 6, 2025, officially beginning her tenure at Homewood on February 10, 2025.
She arrives from Loyola Maryland, where she spent the previous three seasons as an assistant coach.
During her time with the Greyhounds, Braswell was involved in all aspects of the program — including recruiting, practice design, game planning, and social media — and helped coach multiple All-Patriot League and academic honorees.
Braswell inherits a highly successful program: the 2024 Hopkins squad went 33–3, captured the Centennial Conference title and the NCAA Baltimore Regional, and advanced to the NCAA Semifinals. Under her leadership at Hopkins, the program will aim to continue its streak of eight consecutive conference championships and NCAA appearances, continuing momentum that includes a 151-17 record since 2019.
