Aubrey Dondlinger
Assistant Coach
Aubrey Dondlinger joined the Loyola University Maryland women’s volleyball program as an assistant coach ahead of the 2025 season. In this role, she brings more than 15 years of coaching experience, spanning club and high-school levels, into the Division I collegiate setting. Prior to joining Loyola, Dondlinger served as head coach and recruiting director at Winter Park Volleyball Club in Florida beginning in 2022, where she managed team strategy, development, scheduling and player-recruitment support. Before that she spent a decade (2009-19) as head coach of 1st Alliance Volleyball Club in Chicago. She also was an assistant coach at her alma mater, North Central College (IL) in 2009-10, where she coached setters and led defensive/serve-receive tactics, helping the program reach the NCAA Division III tournament.
As a player, Dondlinger began at Lewis University, then played a season at Parkland Community College (earning All-Region and All-Midwest Athletic Conference honors in 2006), and later played two seasons at Southeast Missouri State where she earned Ohio Valley Conference All-Newcomer honors in 2007 and All-OVC First Team recognition in 2008. She graduated from North Central College with a B.A. in Physical Education with endorsements in Health and Coaching. At Loyola, Dondlinger’s extensive background in player development, club recruiting, and her multi-level coaching trajectory equip her to contribute to the Greyhounds’ volleyball program’s competitive and recruiting objectives.
