Ashley Adamo is an assistant coach for Fordham women's rowing in Bronx, New York, joining the program in December 2025. Before arriving at Fordham, she served as scholastic coach and program assistant for Row New York at Riverdale Country School, where she worked with more than 40 high school student-athletes and oversaw travel, budgeting, parent communication, performance tracking, and a staff of four assistant coaches.
Adamo previously was a graduate assistant with the rowing program at The Catholic University of America from 2022 to 2024, advising more than 65 student-athletes on academics, degree progress, and NCAA compliance while also coordinating recruiting events and social media outreach. She earned her bachelor's degree in health administration from Rutgers, where she rowed on the women's varsity team, and later completed a master's degree in psychological studies at Catholic University.
