Armanté Marshall
Associate Head Coach
Armanté Marshall enters his first season as associate head coach of the University of South Florida men’s soccer program in 2025, marking his fourth year on staff and continuing a long-standing connection to the Bulls. A collegiate coaching veteran with 14 years of experience, Marshall returned to USF in 2022 as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator after prior coaching stops at Temple University and Jacksonville University. Since rejoining the Bulls, he has played a key role in revitalizing the program, helping guide USF to multiple American Athletic Conference postseason appearances and its first NCAA Tournament win since 2011. His responsibilities include recruiting, compliance, academic oversight, alumni relations, and opponent scouting.
Marshall has been instrumental in elevating USF’s talent pipeline, highlighted by the program’s 2025 recruiting class being ranked 15th nationally by Top Drawer Soccer, the Bulls’ highest-ranked class since 2015. Under his tenure, multiple USF players have signed professional contracts or been selected in the MLS SuperDraft, reinforcing the program’s reputation for player development. Before returning to Tampa, Marshall spent four seasons at Temple, where he helped the Owls achieve historic milestones including their first AAC postseason win and multiple first-round MLS SuperDraft selections. A former USF student-athlete himself, Marshall played for the Bulls from 2007–09, contributing to a Big East Championship team and an NCAA Elite Eight run while also competing in track and field as an All-BIG EAST honoree. His deep ties to USF, combined with national recruiting experience and professional placement success, position him as a central figure in the continued growth of the Bulls men’s soccer program.
