Anthony Williams is the associate head coach for the men's and women's track and field programs at Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania, and he works with the Wildcats' sprinters, hurdlers, and jumpers. A member of the staff since 1994-95, he entered his 31st season at Villanova in 2024-25 and his 22nd year as associate head coach. He also serves as meet director for Villanova home competitions and has overseen the camps and clinics hosted by the program.
Across more than three decades on campus, Williams has been part of a sustained run of success for Villanova at the national and conference levels. During his tenure, the Wildcats recorded seven top-10 team finishes at the NCAA Championships, scored at the indoor NCAA meet 44 times and at the outdoor meet 37 times, and won 24 BIG EAST team titles across men's and women's indoor and outdoor competition. Athletes under his direction earned 58 All-America honors, won 105 individual BIG EAST titles, and contributed to 41 conference relay championships.
