Anita Howard serves as Assistant Women's Basketball Coach / Recruiting Coordinator for Mississippi State University's Women's Basketball program in Starkville, Mississippi. She joined the Bulldogs in April 2024 and added both head-coaching experience and recruiting responsibility to Mississippi State's staff.
Before arriving in Starkville, Howard built her résumé through multiple coaching stops, including a head-coaching role at Georgia Southern. Her first season with the Bulldogs coincided with notable wins and the continued development of young impact players within the program.
