Andy Rynd serves as Director of Operations for University of Arkansas's Volleyball program in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Rynd was elevated to Arkansas volleyball’s director of operations in spring of 2022 after serving as a graduate assistant for one season. Rynd had previously served on the Arkansas staff as a volunteer assistant coach in Jason Watson’s first season at the helm in 2016.
Rynd stayed with the team through the 2017-18 slate. Andy then came back to Fayetteville last fall for the 2021-22 season as a graduate assistant where the team finished 10-8 in conference play and went 20-11 overall. The Hogs embarked on their first postseason journey in eight years in 2021 with an NIVC bid, in which Arkansas advanced to the third round.
