Andy Bashor is the head coach of swimming and diving at the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, New York, and enters his 20th season leading the Bulls in 2025-26 after taking over the women's program in 2006. He is UB's all-time winningest coach and has overseen a sustained reshaping of the program's record book, including more than 100 new top-10 times over the last five seasons.
Buffalo went 2-2 against Mid-American Conference opponents in 2024-25, placed fourth at the MAC Championships, and won 10 conference medals. That season also included two school records, 19 additions to the program's all-time top 10, and MAC Freshman Swimmer of the Year honors for Bella Forsman. In 2022-23, the Bulls finished 3-2 in conference duals and were runner-up at the MAC Championships. Toni Naccarella won the 50-meter freestyle and 100-meter freestyle and qualified for the NCAA Championships, while Victoria Franz and Marialis Kwak also earned NCAA berths in diving. Buffalo collected eight silver medals at the conference meet and had six All-MAC selections.
