Ana White is an assistant coach for the Drexel University women's lacrosse team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and entered her second season on staff after joining the program in August 2024. Before arriving at Drexel, she spent five seasons at Rutgers as offensive coordinator and draw unit coach, helping the Scarlet Knights reach the NCAA Tournament in 2021 and 2022 and earn program-first wins over Northwestern, Maryland, and Penn State in Big Ten play.
White previously served as defensive coordinator and draw unit coach at Lafayette from 2014 to 2019, where the program collected 10 All-Patriot League honors and reached the Patriot League quarterfinals in 2017. A former Lafayette midfielder, she was the Patriot League Rookie of the Year in 2011 and Midfielder of the Year in 2013, graduating in 2014 with a degree in biology and a minor in art.
