Ana Pego is an assistant coach for the Quinnipiac University women's volleyball program in Hamden, Connecticut, and joined the staff ahead of the 2025 season. She entered her second season with the Bobcats in 2026 after contributing to a strong first year in 2025, when Quinnipiac finished 19-12 overall and 16-2 in MAAC play, earned the No. 2 seed in the MAAC Championship, and reached the conference semifinals. That season, Damla Gunes was named MAAC Setter of the Year for the third straight time, and multiple Quinnipiac players received All-MAAC and MAAC All-Academic Team honors. In May 2025, Pego was selected for the 54th NCAA Women Coaches Academy.
Before arriving at Quinnipiac, Pego spent two seasons as head coach at the University of New Haven. The Chargers reached the NCAA Division II Tournament in both 2023 and 2024 and won back-to-back NE10 Conference Championships under her direction. In 2023, New Haven captured its first NE10 tournament title since 2017 after also winning the NE10 regular-season championship, finishing the year 23-10 overall and 10-1 in conference play.
