Amber Reeves is an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the Hofstra University women's basketball program in Hempstead, New York, joining the staff in July 2024.
Before arriving at Hofstra, Reeves spent three seasons at Furman University, serving as an assistant coach from 2021 to 2023 and then as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator in 2023-24. Furman won 46 games during her tenure, reached the 2021 WBI Tournament after advancing to the Southern Conference championship game, and produced 10 All-SoCon selections, including 2021 conference player of the year Tierra Hodges. Her work there included overseeing recruiting, developing wing and stretch-forward players, and preparing opponent scouting reports.
