Allison Walker
Head Coach
Allison Walker is in her 20th year as the head coach of the Stockton University women’s volleyball program, establishing herself as one of the most accomplished coaches in NCAA Division III. She owns a 455-173 career record and a .725 winning percentage, ranking among the top active Division III coaches nationally in both victories and winning percentage. Under her leadership, the Ospreys have captured 11 NJAC championships, earned 10 NCAA Tournament berths, and secured five of the program’s six NCAA postseason victories. Stockton has reached the 20-win mark 16 times during her tenure, including a 22-8 campaign last season and back-to-back NJAC championship match appearances.
Walker has been named NJAC Coach of the Year eight times and has also received AVCA New York Region Coach of the Year honors. She guided Stockton to multiple milestone seasons, including a 31-4 record and 23-match winning streak in 2019, as well as a historic 2015 campaign that featured 32 wins, an NCAA Tournament third-round appearance, and hosting duties for NCAA play. A former standout at Muhlenberg College, Walker recorded over 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs, earned two All-Centennial Conference selections, and was later inducted into the Muhlenberg Athletic Hall of Fame. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg and a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University.
