Allison Spaschak is an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the University at Buffalo women's basketball program in Buffalo, New York, and entered her second season with the team after joining Kristen Sharkey's staff in April 2025.
Before arriving at Buffalo, Spaschak spent one season at Syracuse as the program's producer and videographer. She previously served for two seasons as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at the University of Rochester, where her responsibilities included skill development, scouting reports, film analysis, and recruiting. Rochester produced five All-UAA selections and two All-Americans during her time there.
